Swim styles webinar was hosted in Almaty

Another live webinar, “Key aspects of swim styles in triathlon” arranged by the Almaty Triathlon Federation (ATF) was hosted in the lecture hall of the Kazakhstan Institute of Management, Economics and Forecasting.

Our speaker, international master of sports in swimming, multiple winner of the Asian swimming games and championships, two-time Ironman, Yevgeny Azaryev, was talking about the nuances of the swimming stage in triathlon. “Body position in the water”, “Strokes technique”, “Mistakes and ways to avoid them” – these and other questions were raised during the session.
